AI made everyone a creator. It did not make anyone an owner. Today you can describe an image, wait ten seconds, and hold something that did not exist before. But the moment it appears, it belongs to a platform. It sits in someone else’s database. You cannot prove you made it. You cannot sell it. If the platform closes, changes its terms, or decides your account is a problem, the work is gone. The tools got radically better. The ownership got worse.What we believe
Creators should own what they make. Not a license. Not a revocable account. Ownership that lives on a public chain, that nobody can take back, that moves when you decide it moves. If you generate it, it is yours before anyone else touches it. Web3 should feel invisible. The industry made a strange bargain: to own your work on-chain, first buy a token, install a wallet, fund it with gas, and learn what a gas fee is. Every step loses people. Most of them are not coming back. We think the chain should do its job in the background. No gas. No tokens to buy first. You sign, we sponsor, it settles. If a user never learns the word “gas,” we did it right. The prompt is the craft. A good prompt takes taste, iteration, and a feel for how a model thinks. That work is real and it disappears the moment someone else posts the output. On NewEra a prompt can be listed and sold on its own, because the skill behind an image is worth as much as the image. Value should flow to the people who create it. Not 30 percent. Not after a 30 day payout window. On NewEra a sale splits in the same transaction that executes it: 95 percent to the creator, 5 percent to the platform. The split is in the contract, so it is not a promise we can quietly revise later.Where this goes
